Who Makes the Laws?

The fortnightly publication, eurofacts, carries an article on the number of laws UK that originate in Brussels, which has been constant theme on ths blog. Unfortunately, there is no link to the article itself, but we can all read the House of Commons research notes from which the figures were taken.
