The always excellent EU Referendum has a must read story. It reveals how EU directives circumvent the very rules we are told are in place to prevent illegal migrants simply marrying UK or EU citizens and being allowed to avoid deportation.

Dr Richard North explains that The European Union's top court "has ruled that non-EU nationals married to EU citizens are entitled to live in their spouse's country." It goes on to tell us that the court has overruled a law in the Republic of Ireland, which grants residency only to those who have previously lived in an EU member state.
