Such a nice chap !


The Conservative Party conference which started today in Blackpool marks the first time in 42 years that a platform performance is likely to be decisive in choosing the leader of the Conservative Party.

As has previously been observed, policy and principle should be the influencial factors in the decision to elect yet another new leader to the once great party. Regrettably with most thinking Tory activists are either now UKIP supporters or very retired, the remaining voting members will be more concerned with how 'nice' the candidates are. Such is the criteria for how the leader of Her Majesty's Opposition is now likely to be selected.
